If an item is approved for return it must be at least 14 days after receiving the items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Packing Requirements
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
How to Return:
1. Email us at thegrill708@gmail.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and a photo of item(s) being returned.
2. We will provide approval of return via email.
3. The customer is responsible for costs of all shipping returns. Only if the return was damaged during delivery to customer, the customer must provide proof of damages within 24 hours of delivery. Upon approval, we will provide a shipping label as curtesy to customer and replace the item if in stock or refund the customer.
4. Repackage your item securely and ship to 708 Highway 82 East, Greenville, MS 38701.
Refunds:
• Once received, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection.
• Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
